AcceptRO provides independent, non-destructive property inspection services limited to visible and accessible areas of the property at the time of inspection.
All inspections are visual and observational in nature. AcceptRO does not dismantle, break, drill, or alter any part of the property during inspection.
Hidden, concealed, or future defects cannot be identified or predicted. Inspection findings are based on site conditions at the time of inspection only.
The inspection report reflects observations made on the inspection date and is provided for client reference only. It does not constitute a warranty or guarantee.
The client must ensure legal access to the property and availability of utilities such as electricity and water where required for inspection.
AcceptRO does not provide structural stability certificates, legal opinions, statutory approvals, or compliance certifications.
Inspection reports are intended solely for the client who requested the service and may not be shared, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.
Inspection fees must be paid as agreed before or at the time of service. Pricing is based on property type, size, and scope of inspection.
AcceptRO’s liability, if any, is limited to the inspection fee paid for the specific service and shall not include indirect or consequential damages.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
