RTMV Inspection / Post-Handover
Post-Handover / RTMV (Ready to Move-In Verification) Inspection is conducted after possession to ensure the property is truly ready for occupancy. This inspection focuses on identifying finishing defects, functional issues, and service-related problems that may have been missed during handover. The inspection helps homeowners address concerns with the builder before final move-in.
Scope of Post-Handover Inspection
Our RTMV inspection verifies the usability, safety, and workmanship quality of the property after handover. The inspection is non-destructive and limited to accessible areas, providing homeowners with a clear understanding of the property’s condition before occupation.
- Civil & finishing: Tiles, walls, ceilings, paint touch-ups, and alignment issues
- Doors & windows: Operation, locks, fittings, gaps, and damage checks
- Electrical & safety: Switches, sockets, DB labeling, earthing indication, loose wiring
- Plumbing & drainage: Leaks, flush function, water flow, drainage speed
- Wet areas: Bathroom, kitchen, balcony slope and water stagnation signs
- Fixtures & fittings: Exhaust fans, geyser points, sanitary fittings readiness
- Common defects: Visible cracks, seepage signs, workmanship issues
Inspection Report & Deliverables
A detailed digital inspection report is provided with photo evidence, room-wise observations, and a clear snag list. The report helps homeowners communicate effectively with builders for timely rectification before moving in.
